«…I am more than convinced that this Workshop will make it possible to easily introduce applications such as e-governance (e-gov), e-government (e-government), e-commerce (e-commerce), e-education (e-education), health (e-health) as well as the structural system and the harmonized management mechanism of all these applications in all sectors of activity.

This change, which will contribute to the social development of our country, will also provide the foundations of digital government for the delivery of trusted and inclusive public services, greater efficiency and transparency in the management of public resources and a significant flow of traffic.

At this stage of my speech, I invite all participants to demonstrate scientific rigor in the definition of the process and the elaboration of the digitalization scheme in order to definitively solve the problem of fragmentation of leadership which will only distract us, if not deviate us from the strategic axis of our actions.

In particular, I invite you to rely on concrete examples that have proven their worth at the international, regional and sub-regional levels, without losing sight of the reflex of contextualization…”
